During our complementary phone consultation, we will discuss our services with respect to your automotive needs.  From there, we will schedule an in-depth consultation where we will identify your goals and determine which level of service is right for you.  Appointments are available via teleconference, phone or in person (if applicable). 

The value of a vehicle can vary greatly depending on condition, history and many other factors.  Vehicle history reports may have discrepancies or inaccuracies. Often accidents, damages or mechanical repairs may have been omitted all together.  We will provide a thorough hands-on assessment, including the interior, exterior, mechanical review, and vehicle history report. With a comprehensive vehicle appraisal, and assessment we can provide an accurate value of the vehicle.   *Additional mileage charges apply outside of 30-miles of our office.

Coaching sessions are designed for those who are comfortable handling their vehicle interactions on their own but would like to be better equipped to go up against the dealerships. We will provide the most accurate market data and information for your region. We formulate a plan of action including, negotiation tactics,  industry marketing gimmicks and ways to eliminate unnecessary fees.

Diminished Value and the Virginia law. Virginia Code §46.2-1600 defines diminished value compensation “as the amount of compensation that an insurance company pays to a third-party vehicle owner, in addition to the cost of repairs, for the reduced value of the vehicle due to damage.” You have up to 5 years from the date of the accident to file a claim. We help by determining the merit of your claim, obtaining a market value assessment of your repaired vehicle through multiple auto dealers and assisting with the pursuit of your claim with the insurance company.

For those who would prefer a hands-off automotive buying experience, we offer our white glove concierge service. From start until the when you are ready to sign on the dotted line, we take the hassle of the car buying experience off your plate. This includes going to the dealership with you and acting as your representative or handling all the details with the dealership prior to you going in person to sign the paperwork.   *Some restriction may apply*
