Tyrone Francis, the founder of the Car Mentor began his journey in 1997. Working for nationally recognized dealerships and providing tens of thousands of appraisals and negotiations, helping them become industry leaders. However, he began to witness firsthand how the auto industry shifted, becoming increasingly focused on profit over people. This resulted in a buying process that often-left average consumers feeling overwhelmed and underserved.

 

Recognizing this gap, led to the creation of The Car Mentor LLC. The founder's wife, Leah Francis joined the company, not only to support her husband’s mission but to shed light on the unique challenges women face. Together they are dedicated to being advocates for all consumers and businesses; ensuring they have the guidance and support needed to navigate this complex process with confidence.
